From the initial call to the completion of the job, it’s been a pleasure to deal with RJ Insulation. After the survey, we were given a quote almost straight away but no hard sell or pressure attached to it. The date for installation was agreed. Two lovely guys turned up to fit the foil in the loft, both were very polite and courteous at all times. Dust sheets were put down and they hoovered up at the end of the job both days. I would recommend this company to anyone who’s thinking of having new loft insulation put in. You won’t get better than this, genuine people that take pride in what they do, a rare commodity these days.

R&J completed a loft conversion project for me in September 2021. From pre-sale to implementation, the experience of doing business with them was exemplary. Ron led us through a thorough, inclusive design process, where he and Max offered polite suggestions based on their experience, but always ensured we were getting exactly what we wanted. The statement of work and price breakdown were crystal clear, and they stayed in constant communication until the job was complete. Max and the rest of the install team carried out extremely high quality work, with great care and consideration, and the end result was absolutely perfect. It is clear that the whole team takes pride in the quality of the outcome they deliver, and it was an absolute pleasure to use their service. I would highly recommend R&J to anyone considering any kind of loft conversion work, they will not let you down.

We recently moved to a new property with a walk in loft plus a shallow loft at the apex of the house. The walk in loft was very draughty especially in windy weather. We could also hear every word spoken in the loft clearly in the kitchen/rooms below. We thought the SuperFOIL product would be perfect, as we’d read that many mortgage companies will not give a mortgage on foam products fitted between the joists making the property hard to sell. We contacted R J Insulations and were impressed with their Surveyors (initial quote and follow up prior to installation) and with the communication from the sales office. The installation team (3 guys) were brilliant. So organised. They prepared our house with sheeting to cover walkways, were informative about every stage of the installation and were so polite. The installation took 2 days. We had SuperFOIL on the joists in the walk in loft and SupaSoft between the rafters and also SupaSoft between the rafters in the apex loft space.
