Such an easy company to deal with. From start to finish the communication was excellent. No lengthy waiting, a thorough survey, such that suitable materials and approach was taken. The installation team were fantastic – so polite, courteous, hard-working, knowledgable, respectful of us and our home and knowledgable. The area was left as clean as when they arrived. Nothing was too much trouble, despite some of the areas being awkward and tight. The level of workmanship is really second to none and we are looking forward to reaping the benefits of what is now a properly insulated home. whether you have a relatively modern home or one that’s as quirky as ours (60’s style) I would not hesitate to recommend RJ Insulation as a credible provider.

From the call with Alfie on the advantages of superfoil, to the visit by Lee and provision of a cost up to the installation by the team, I was totally impressed at the professionalism, openess and courtesy of this company. RJ’s loft installation service was excellent, efficient from initial enquiry/visit/survey to installation. Each member of staff we worked with were friendly and professional. Their advice was comprehensive, timely visit/inspection and their quotes were accurate when we checked them out. Each part of the job they let us know what they were doing and the timeframe. The installation team arrived on time, worked diligently, and kept us informed throughout including videos and left the house spotlessly clean. We would highly recommend RJ’s service.

TL;DR-if you are still on the fence about insulating your loft, trust me – it makes a MASSIVE difference in quality of life in our home!

Alfie, Ron, Ross and the rest of the lads and ladies were absolutely brilliant. The vibe you get is that good old “family owned business” feel and doing this deal was a very satisfying experience. They consistently exceeded our expectations in every way and the tailor made financing option they brought to the table made a world of difference. I also love the idea that we’ve staged the loft now with insulation but it’s ready to go to a further stage of making it into a ‘warm loft’ space/bedroom so nothing done will be wasted.

The job itself went very quick, with the lads grafting hard to complete in very good order, leaving no rust and crap behind.

Went for a SP40 roof installation a couple months. Very professional and efficient support from the start. Initial discussions/survey with Ron was informative, thorough and friendly. Once agreed the lads came over a week after. They went the extra mile to help w/ reducing heat loss around the house, clearing some found mould in the roof, and were very efficient in and out over two days, and friendly. The attic is much nicer to be in and less cold everywhere!

From the initial call to the completion of the job, it’s been a pleasure to deal with RJ Insulation. After the survey, we were given a quote almost straight away but no hard sell or pressure attached to it. The date for installation was agreed. Two lovely guys turned up to fit the foil in the loft, both were very polite and courteous at all times. Dust sheets were put down and they hoovered up at the end of the job both days. I would recommend this company to anyone who’s thinking of having new loft insulation put in. You won’t get better than this, genuine people that take pride in what they do, a rare commodity these days.

From the initial enquiry through to the end of the job was just fantastic. I had an immediate quote from the surveyor and everything was explained thoroughly. The job was to empty a rubbish tip that was the loft, including mattresses and water tanks and forty year old cladding, hoover the whole area, install the Super foil to the rafters, and lay new earth wool and new boarding, a two day job. I was quickly given a date and had several calls from the office to ensure me that everything was going to plan. I did not have to chase up at all which was great. A skip was delivered, and the team arrived with smiles and courtesy. They were all super – so polite and helpful and kept me informed all along the way. At the end of day one I came home to find an immaculate house with no trace of the mess that had been moved to the skip – a totally clean hallway, as if they hadn’t been there. Day two and the same cheerful, professional and organised crew finished the job and again, cleaned up amazingly. From start to finish I was always kept up to date, it was completely stress free for me. This is once in a lifetime customer service and professionalism. The quality of the work is stunning. It’s incredible. I cannot say enough about this company, they really do deserve all the recognition and appreciation they get. Of all the work I have had done in many years in many countries, this was the best experience. Super job, super team, super quality. I wish them all the best.

We had our loft insulated with SuperFOIL and had boarding added to create a warm & dry storage space inside the house. The team did an excellent job and transformed our loft in a single day. We are very happy with the outcome. Now we have extra space in the house and hope to gradually save on heating costs over the years.

Max, Linus and Ramon arrived exactly on time, and lost no time in protecting the carpet and then carrying out the required work in the loft. They explained exactly what was happening and invited us to inspect the work as it progressed. They were friendly and informative and we were very impressed with the standard of their work. Highly recommend.

From my initial phone call to the completion of the job, I could not fault them. Alfie, whom I first dealt with, was patient, polite and informative. Having previously been contacted by a cold caller from another company and being urged to get a quote elsewhere so glad I did. The installers were professional, quick and tidier than I could have expected. I would highly recommend this company. They even bagged up my rubbish and loaded it into my car. I didn’t get the names of the guys who did the work, but absolutely bang on point, a credit to the company for sure, as is Alfie. Wish there were 10-star ratings. Well….what a breath of fresh air this Company indeed is. With its customer service, value and quality of product it is truly a professional outfit second to none. From start to finish everything was fully explained, all questions answered including type of insulation to suit the age of the property (foil in my case). Although the cost was more than the average this was more than made up by the practical and efficient way the whole exercise was carried out. The two guys doing the work were a delight and polite and fully cleaned up after themselves. I have no hesitation in recommending this trustworthy Company.

From the calls from Alfie, the Survey and the hard working installers, RJ Insulation has been professional, knowledgeable and curtious throughout, I can’t praise the company enough. I thought I did my research before getting quotes from companies to retro-fit new insulation in our loft conversion, but listening to Alfie took me to another level, I couldn’t find another company who would guarantee their work for the life of the house, my experience with RJ Insulation was a level above the rest even if they weren’t the cheapest I can tell it’s money well spent. My wife was so happy she had her full staircase cleaned as the last action of the installers each day I think this is one thing she’s going to miss. These guys worked through our record breaking heatwave even though I did challenge them on this for their safety. I can feel the difference already in the loft conversion and for the first time I can’t wait for winter.

This one was pricy and we needed to think a bit before we went for it. Very happy with the results from our roof insulation installation. Max, Linas and co are all very friendly and impressive chaps. They got the job done efficiently, working as long as the job needed to get it done on time, including figuring out some particularly awkward issues from some leftover spray foam (what we were replacing). They made sure they cover every inch of external wall well and helped explain & show how and why they’d done things which was very much appreciated. They also did a great job of ensuring that everything was tidied up when they finished which was really great to see. Excited about having a bit more warmth this winter! Thanks a lot.
