Loft Storage Room Installation (Option 2) in Birmingham

Mr. Naik approached us with the aim of insulating their loft and converting it into a functional living area.

To begin, we applied Multifoil insulation within the loft space, enhancing its thermal efficiency. Next, we installed insulated plasterboard on top of the Multifoil to not only improve insulation but also provide an attractive finish to the ceiling.

Afterwards, we fully boarded the loft and laid vinyl flooring to create a practical, comfortable space. We also incorporated kitchen cupboards with a countertop and integrated electrical wiring for added functionality.

To make access convenient, we installed an electric drop-down ladder, which can be controlled using a remote for easy entry and exit.
