Loft Storage Room Installation (Option 2) in Lowestoft

Mr. Hepburn enlisted our help to remove his spray foam insulation and refurbish his loft for better insulation and storage. We removed the spray foam, installed Multifoil insulation and insulated plasterboard, creating a warm, year-round storage space. We reinforced the joists with cross bracing, fully boarded the loft, and added luxury vinyl flooring. Custom cupboards with a worktop were installed for additional utility. The result is a practical, stylish, and well-insulated storage area that meets all of Mr. Hepburn’s needs.
